This macabre concoction consists of gin, orange, absinthe & grenedine.
Named after a surgical technique that involved grafting monkey testicle tissue into humans. The practice was created by Dr. Serge Voronoff and was designed to produce longevity.
The drink itself was created as a PR campaign to promote the procedure in the 1920's by Harry MacElhone, owner of Harrys New York Bar in Paris.
TEA 'n' G

combination of gin, lemon, sugar & Earl Grey tea.
Feeling fruity? Why not try this one with wild berry tea ?
In 1838, Antoine Amedie Peychaud, owner of a New Orleans apothecary, treated his friends to toddies of his own recipe.
These were made using a double-ended egg cup as a measure, then known as a "coquetier" from which the word "cocktail" was derived.
Sazerac consists of rye whiskey, peychaud's bitters, sugar & a subtle note of absinthe.
